For many people football is a serious business so much so that they want to incorporate it into their wedding day. These are true die hard fans. For Danny and Denise their choice of color was burgundy and white for their beloved Redskins! Over the years I have done a few weddings for couples with a love for their football team however this one actually had no real references to the team other than the color. No Indians and no gold.
April is typically a rainy month here. We lucked out on their wedding day and had beautiful sunny, windy day on the beach. The gentlemen looked quite dapper in their white tuxedos with burgundy pocket squares. The bridesmaids were beautiful in their mismatch burgundy dresses. However, Loren & Anthony stole the show as the flower girl and ring bearer!
A lot of thought was given to the ceremony performed by Reverend Butler accompanied by Yolanda Harrell who served as vocalist. Denise prepared a program for all the guests, bouquets were made by the bride and a broom was prepared for the Jumping of the broom at the end of the ceremony. As the couple exited the ceremony Yolanda sang them out to A moment in time.
Following the ceremony a reception was held at the Dunes Manor Hotel.
Congratulations Danny & Denise may you have many years of happiness
