Living in a coastal area we have a lot of requests for nautical themes for receptions. The question is usually how can we do nautical with out being too beach? Well, there are lots of ways to incorporate a nautical vibe into you'r event.
First there is the navy and white backdrop maybe with some oyster shells as the centerpiece, you can always add votives, some flowers and something like local taffy or popcorn as the gift for the guests on the plates.

And last but not least the boho nautical complete with driftwood and bright flowers and a bright table runner? If you think outside the box and use things you love about the beach you will be surprised at what you will come up with. A good planner and florist will also make it that much easier!
