What type of ceremonies do you perform?

Civil Union, non-denominational, religious and non-religious ceremonies, interfaith ceremonies, vow renewals, anniversaries & customized ceremonies.

Where do you perform the ceremony?

We predominantly preform our ceremonies on the beach in Ocean City, Md., Delaware or at your venue. However, we will go anywhere the couple wants to have their ceremony. 

What type of attire does officiate wear?

Typically a nice dress in a neutral color. We will be happy to coordinate with the bridal party and meet any special requests.

Do you offer ceremony suggestions?

Each package comes with a selection of ceremonies. We will gladly work with each couple to customize the ceremony to meet their wishes.

Can you add any “Special Touches” to the ceremony?

Yes anything from musical accompaniment, sand ceremony, Blessing of the Hands anything to make your ceremony YOU.

Is pre-marital counseling required?

No.

Can we have a rehearsal?

Rehearsals are done typically the week of the wedding. Alison To The Altar provides a coordinator the day of the wedding to ensure everyone is where they need to be and on time!

Do you provide a sound system?

Typically we ask that your DJ handle the music or that you bring a speaker and a device to play your music. You can also have live acoustic music.

How long is the ceremony?

Depending on the special touches and use of music most ceremonies are 15-35 minutes in length.
