Our goal is to go above and beyond and to help provide exquisite service for your Destination Wedding.No request is too large or too small!

When it comes to planning & designing the ceremony part of your day we will help you find the perfect  location for the “I Do’s”  ( on or off the beach) and set the stage to create a memorable experience for everyone who is part of the Wedding! We offer everything from an officiate to full Planning and Design. We can put together everything from start to finish. We work in Ocean City. MD and the surrounding Eastern Shore areas both  on & off the beach.

Meet Our Team

Alison Sappington


Alison has 10 years of event planning a wide range of events through her fundraising for many local non-profit organizations. Working with the local chapter of the American Red Cross Alison was  Nationally recognized as part of a fund raising team. She was a co founder of the youth red cross program on the shore in many of the high schools. This program trained first responders (local students) for disasters. Throughout her volunteer fund raising career she was recognized by National Red Cross and holds a spot in the Tiffany Circle with National Chapter in Washington, DC. She spent nine years working for the high school and co-chaired After Prom - an alcohol and drug free event for thousands of High Schoolers. She is a co-founder of the Society of Women Leaders here in Ocean City, MD an organization formed to raise funds for local charities. After a brief fashion consulting career and training with Stacey London of What Not to Wear she began her bridal path. Using all of her talents Alison To The Altar was created to help brides make the process of planning their dream wedding effortless.

Having a destination wedding can be stressful, however, I work to make the process fun and easy. With an extensive network of vendors I can assist with everything from flowers to reception locations.  Here to help with the design & logistics from start to finish ensuring that your wedding is truly amazing. I am always thinking about the image each ceremony or reception will create.  After all when everything is over all you have is those Images. 

When I am is not working I  enjoy yoga, sport fishing, paddle boarding, volunteering and spending time with my family. I love to shop and tell people the only running I do is to a sale!  As a mother of four grown children I have hosted every type of event you can imagine from elaborate birthday parties to team dinners and killer tailgates! My favorite part of the reception is the cake and champagne as well as a killer DJ! I love to dance!!




Annie has a social media business by day, Ms. Social and in her spare time has been learning the wedding business. She is an ordained Minister and proudly covers the Eastern Shore to the Delaware Beaches as one of our Weekend Officiants. She also acts as a coordinator covering ceremony and reception styling. 



Ashley splits her time between Ocean City and Baltimore, Maryland with her husband, Michael. She specializes in marketing and customer service with clients spanning on both the Eastern and Western Shores. She combines her strengths of financial planning with her love for event styling to maximize our clients vision. Ashley is also an ordained Minister covering all of Maryland and the Delaware Shores. 

Ashley grew up in the wedding and event industry with family owned businesses in catering and floral design. She has covered all aspects from food and beverage to design and execution. When not working, you can find Ashley on the golf course, the beach or hanging with friends and family. 

Melissa Condolfi

Melissa is a graduate from West Virginia University with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing. Born and raised in New York, she spent her summers between Semesters in Ocean City waitressing. Upon graduation she decided to make the beach her forever home.

Throughout her College Career she spent years interning with non-profit organizations like Make a Wish Foundation and Nation-Wide organizations like Public Relations Student Society of America - which is where she found her passion for Event Coordinating.  Planning a variety of events such as Fashion Shows, Fundraisers, Toy Drives and Student Events in addition to over 10 years in the Restaurant Industry, it was only a matter of time before Melissa coordinated her fast large-scale Wedding.

Coordinating hundreds of  weddings, Melissa knows the ins and outs of building the perfect event. She loves bringing your vision to life. From the smallest of details to coordinating the day – Melissa assures that your day, is your way.  As your coordinator, Melissa will be by your side every step of the way. Handling the timeline, assisting the vendors and situating all proper décor to guarantee that the wedding planning process is as enjoyable and stress free as possible!  

When Melissa is not planning Weddings and Events, you can find her seeking adventure with her 3 dogs, Spencer, Broh & Daphne or traveling with her Boyfriend.
